    Under this plan the Chief Joseph Braking Resistor will be test inserted, the PDCI Probing 3-cycle signals at 0.25 Hz and 0.7 Hz tests and mid-level probing tests will be applied, as well as additional Noise Injection Tests to the Pacific HVDC Intertie on August 19-20, 2008.

  • WEST-OF-MCNARY and WEST-OF-SLATT ANALYSIS
    Tabulated maximum and mean transfers across the West Of McNary (WOM) and West Of Slatt (WOS) flowgates, for the period 1994-2003. The values provided were calculated from hourly SCADA recordings. A cumulative frequency distribution of the WOM transfers for July 2001-February 2003 is also provided.
