NWPP Regional Transmission Adequacy Guidelines Effort The Northwest Power Pool's Transmission Planning Committee has agreed to host regional efforts to develop regional transmission adequacy guidelines. A Steering Committee has been formed to guide development and includes members of the TPC, along with representatives of small publics, interest groups and states/regulators. The Committee also guides work produced from a technical workgroup, open to anyone interested in participating. The purpose of the workgroup is to take on collaborative assignments to develop regional transmission adequacy guidelines. This is a voluntary effort.
