Bypass breaker foundations are being poured and embedded conduits installed for capacitor banks one and two at the Columbia Substation.
Bypass breaker foundations are being poured and embedded conduits installed for capacitor banks one and two at the Columbia Substation. Columbia Substation capacitor banks number one and two. Construction activities are being done on platforms in order to keep the line energized and in service at the Columbia Substation. Embedded conduits to the bypass breaker are installed at the Columbia Substation. A construction platform is being raised at the Schultz Substation.
The construction crew is positioning a construction platform into place at the Schultz Substation. Breakers are installed on all phases and are on schedule. All five inch busses have been installed. Work is still underway on the second half of the platforms. The two inch busses under the platforms have been completed on four platforms, the last two platforms will be completed soon.
