Project Construction Photos
Prepping the site for start of construction activities.
In the grass fields of the Willamette Valley, construction crews work to replace defective steel plates on BPA towers. New holes are punched in to the steel of a BPA tower, so reinforcing plates can be bolted on to a tower footing.
