2001 Report This report summarizes the findings of the Technical Review Committee which evaluated the business and technical justifications for proposed investments by BPA in transmission for the succeeding 5 year period. The Committee evaluated BPA’s proposal designs and helped prioritize improvement projects in a manner that will provide the most cost-effective, reliable service for the region’s consumers.
