The Northwest Employee Association The Northwest Employee Association ("Associates") is a non-profit organization established for federal agencies to maintain the general welfare of the local community. Located in Portland, Ore., the Associates work in partnership with a variety of community based organizations to provide college scholarships, donate blood and to provide food for needy families in the Portland/Vancouver metro areas.
