Bonneville Power Administration is experiencing high flows on the Columbia and Snake River systems. BPA is unable to lower the generation output of its powerhouses to a level that would cause the spill levels on the lower Columbia that would cause us to exceed the gas saturation limits. BPA has had to order some wind generation to decrease output to the scheduled value due to this condition. This condition will likely persist through the weekend of July 4 and if the schedules for the wind generation are too far off the actual generation, BPA will have to call on the wind generation to decrease output to schedules again.
