2004 TBL Programs in Review

TBL has completed its 2004 Programs In Review (PIR) public process with a close-out letter available below. The close-out letter is signed by the BPA administrator and summarizes the public process, feedback received during that process and capital and expense program levels for fiscal years 2006 and 2007.

The PIR process consisted of several workshops providing the opportunity for public comment on capital and expense transmission programs and their funding levels for fiscal years 2006 and 2007.

The process also included an overview of TBL's vision and objectives: maintaining system reliability for an improving economy; providing low-cost transmission to the Northwest; demonstrating regional accountability to customers and constituents; and being an environmental steward.

All documentation associated with the 2004 PIR public process is available through the links below. While the PIR public process is now closed, we always welcome your feedback which you can submit through tblfeedback@bpa.gov.
