Becoming a BPA Transmission Services Customer
BPA operates according to its Open Access Transmission Tariff (Tariff), which provides for open access to its transmission system. It is highly recommended that all applicants read the relevant parts of the Tariff to best understand the terms and conditions of open access transmission service that determine the binding rights and obligations of all Transmission Customers.
This page provides the information needed to establish your company as a BPA Transmission Services Customer. To initiate the process, call 360-619-6016 to request the assignment of a Transmission Services Account Executive who will assist you.
After talking with a Transmission Account Executive, you will complete the steps below.

Obtain a D-U-N-S® number from Dun and Bradstreet at eupdate.dnb.com/requestoptions.html. This number will be used to identify your company electronically on OASIS.

| 2. | Register with the North American Electric Reliability Council (NERC) at www.tsin.com/ as a Transmission Customer.

Complete, print, sign, and submit all customer applications forms (see links below) to your assigned Transmission Account Executive, using one of these methods

4. | Register to obtain an OATI digital certificate. Access the OATI site at www.oatioasis.com/bpat/ (click the Registration option) or contact OATI at 763-201-2000.
